You’ll be staying in Sylvan Summit, known for its massive modern homes. If you will need easy direct access to downtown for work, or have to pop over to the Vanderbilt/Belmont area, you’ll have it all. There are several restaurants close by as well as, tennis, golf, volleyball courts, parks and indoor rock climbing.
Uber is a quick 2-3 mile ride costing on average $5-$17 depending on time of year and surge pricing. Bird scooters available in the area. Public transportation available in the area.
Please note, we use Noise Aware a noise monitoring service. This is to detect noise/sound levels only. It does not record words/voices. We use Noise Aware to conform with the local mandated quiet hours: 10pm-7am daily.

Shawn was awesome!!! Always responded when we needed something. House was pristine and lots or rooms, that were beautiful! Beds were so comfy. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Shawn!!!!
We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 11 adults and a toddler for a friend reunion. The place fit the bill in terms of the amount of space it provided, plenty of comfy beds, and being a bit further away from the busier areas of Nashville, but still relatively accessible. We appreciated the complimentary snacks and water bottles provided at check-in, and the patio spaces were just like the photos. As other reviews mentioned, there are a lot of stairs given the 3 levels of each home—not an issues for us, but something worth noting for anyone with mobility issues.
Great location for Vanderbilt graduation. Loved outdoor deck area. Very clean and beds comfortable. Perfect if you have large crowd and need to divide guests by age, etc.
Very quick to respond to any questions or issues. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Nashville. A lot of stairs if that is an issue —wasn’t for us.
Shawn was a fantastic host. Communication was great and quick. I could check in a few minutes early, which was great. The house was beautiful and the BEDS were so comfortable! Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would stay again!
Shawn was an incredible host and we had the best time at her property during our stay. She was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had questions about anything around the house. She even had a cake and champagne ready for us as we were celebrating our friend’s birthday! Would recommend staying here for a big group.
